Neighbourhoods
Downtown & Inner Harbour
Walk to the legislature, harbour ferries, restaurants and the seaplane terminal. Best for short stays and film crews who need to be central.
James Bay
Quiet heritage streets minutes from Dallas Road and Beacon Hill Park, a favourite with travel nurses working at RJH.
Fairfield & Cook Street Village
Cafés, groceries and beach access. Residential and calm, ideal for mid-term and monthly stays.
Vic West & Songhees
Harbour views across from downtown with the Galloping Goose trail at the door.
Sooke & the West Coast
About 45 minutes out for beach access, rainforest hikes and a proper coastal reset.
Saanich Peninsula
Close to the airport and BC Ferries, with wineries and Butchart Gardens nearby.
Getting around
Downtown Victoria is walkable end to end in about 20 minutes. BC Transit covers the wider region, and most of our suites include secure parking if you're bringing a car. Arriving from Vancouver? Take BC Ferries to Swartz Bay (about 45 minutes north of downtown), the harbour-to-harbour seaplane, or fly into YYJ.

Spring
Cherry blossoms and the flower count. Mild weather, quiet streets and lower rates.
Summer
Whale watching, harbour festivals and long evenings. Book early, as this is peak season.
Fall
Storm-watching on the west coast, film production season, and great restaurant availability.
Winter
Mild by Canadian standards, with the best monthly rates for contract and relocation stays.
