- How does check-in work?
- Every suite uses self check-in with a keypad or lockbox. Instructions arrive the day before arrival, and flexible arrival times can be arranged for late flights or ferries.
- Is parking included?
- Most of our properties include one secure underground or off-street parking stall. Parking is confirmed in writing before you book.
- What is the minimum stay?
- Minimums vary by property and season. Typically two to three nights, with discounted rates once a booking passes 30 nights.
- Do you allow pets?
- A number of our suites are pet friendly with a small pet fee. Let us know the breed and size when you inquire and we'll match you to the right home.
- How is cleaning handled on long stays?
- Stays of a month or more include an optional mid-stay clean and fresh linens. Additional housekeeping can be scheduled at any time.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Nightly bookings follow the policy shown at the time of booking. Mid-term and monthly stays are governed by a direct rental agreement with clear notice periods.
- Can you invoice a company, agency or production?
- Yes. We regularly bill travel nurse agencies, production companies and relocation departments directly, with itemized invoices and per-diem-friendly documentation.
